The healing properties of salt baths have been known for centuries. We’ve packed ours with magnesium to promote muscle relaxation and recovery and Himalayan salt for regeneration and skin health.

How to use: Shake the bottle to loosen the salts, pour in half a cup whilst filling your bath with hot water, give the salts a swirl to make sure they are dissolved, lay back & relax. Don’t let the salts get wet. If they seem a bit lumpy, give them a good shake.
