Delivery + Returns

We can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas but will keep sending out orders until 23rd December. We will then pause over Christmas and start resending 3rd January. If you're local to Bristol you can order online for collection and collect from the shop during our opening hours.
*Please note that we have had to stop shipping to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations and Brexit generally being an absolute shi*t show. We have loved sending orders to our NI customers and are so sad to have to do this but really hope it won't be for long.*

4-7 working days: £3.99
1-2 working days: £5.99*
Orders over £50: Free standard delivery
We dispatch orders Tuesday-Saturday. If you need an order to be sent on Sunday or Monday please get in touch first.
Only one discount can be added to an order so free shipping will not apply if you chose to use another discount code.
*Please note that 1-2 working day delivery may not always be available if we feel that we are unable to currently fulfill orders in that time (busy periods and holidays). If it is not showing as an option at checkout, this means we have temporarily removed it. We'll return to normal as soon as possible!
Collections
If you prefer to shop online and collect in person, we offer free in-store pick up. You can collect during opening hours from our store in Easton. You can find us at 104-108 Belle Vue Road, Bristol BS5 6BX.
Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to arrange a refund or exchange you can contact us here. You will need to return your unused, unopened item to us within 21 days from dispatch. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hair pins or perishable items, such as food and magazines. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the unlikely event that a sale item is faulty we will provide a credit note.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing orders@bambristol.co.uk.
